Proposal Sign Off and Prototype Viewing
We prepare a site plan, assembly program and formal proposal. We walk you through everything, step by step.
We’ll also welcome you to our HQ where you can walk through a physical prototype. Our journey officially begins!
Permit Application
Our team of experts with decades of experience in construction, development and permit application will prepare and submit a permit application on your behalf to your local building department.
Site Preparation
Upon permit approval, we begin work on installing the foundation and utility connections. Our project managers oversee the entire process.
Atella Assembly
We begin installation on your Atella. No loud machinery or heavy equipment. Minimal disruption to your home. Our bonded construction manager oversees the assembly.
Service Connections
We connect your Atella to the service connections and complete all inspections with permit officers.
